How the planner chooses a result
Pain remains a hard stop and missing answers remain a validation stop. Complete non-safety results are assembled from modules rather than selected from one static template.
- Pain or physical discomfort stops the practice recommendation before any drill is assembled.
- Missing required answers are named so the planner does not guess.
- Surface status can constrain the session, while the selected practice objective remains visible as context.
- Baseline status changes whether the session establishes, verifies, or uses a reference result.
- The selected problem supplies the primary objective, setup, recording categories, and criteria.
- The previous-session module determines whether to repeat, confirm, simplify, record, or progress.
- Outdoor access appends a transfer check only when the surface, baseline, and previous result make that comparison appropriate.
- Distance, time, and experience change markers, tolerance, block structure, attempt caps, recording detail, and the next progression.
