Overview
CASEVAULT is operated by clickcommerce OÜ, Estonia, company registration number 17513138. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to clickcommerce OÜ. Our website is www.golfgng.com. Contact: hello@clariadaily.com.
These Terms govern use of our website and purchases, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
1. Online store terms
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have a parent or guardian's permission where required. Do not use the store unlawfully, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, introduce malicious software or interfere with security.
2. Products and availability
We sell luminous iPhone cases. Phones and other devices are not included. Choose your exact iPhone model, color and quantity before ordering. Colors and brightness can vary with lighting, viewing conditions and screen settings. Product descriptions do not remove your right to goods that conform to the contract. Stock and available models may change.
3. Prices and currency
Prices and checkout charges are in US dollars (USD). Checkout shows your total before payment. Import duties are included as displayed at checkout; any applicable taxes are shown there. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees if your account uses another currency.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order unless agreed with you or permitted by law. Price-adjustment requests follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Orders and payments
Select the correct model and color, add items to your cart, review your order, and provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout. Available payment methods may include cards processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
We may cancel an order for reasonable grounds such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unsupported address or a material pricing error. We will notify you and refund payment for orders we cancel. For a pricing error, we will explain it and offer the choice of the corrected price or cancellation with a refund.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to supported United States addresses. Standard shipping is $7.79 USD when the merchandise subtotal is below $50 after discounts. Standard US shipping is free on qualifying orders of $50 or more after discounts. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward this threshold.
Orders are fulfilled by supply partners and may ship internationally. Current carrier estimates are approximately 9–14 days after dispatch, depending on destination and service. Processing time is additional. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping confirmations include tracking when available. Contact us if your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment. We will investigate delays and provide any cancellation or refund remedy required by law.
6. Changes, cancellations and returns
Request cancellation or an address change within 12 hours of ordering and before shipment. Our voluntary change-of-mind return window is 30 days from delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for faulty items, delivery issues, return conditions, costs and refund timing.
7. Promotional offers
- Buy 2, get 1 free: add three eligible cases to your cart. At the current $39.99 price, three cases cost $79.98. Colors and models may be mixed. You must add the free case to your cart.
- Four cases for $99.99: four cases at current prices receive a $59.97 discount. This fixed discount applies once per order containing four or more eligible cases. The homepage set selector adds one of each color.
- Case offers do not stack with each other or other product or order discounts. The best eligible offer applies automatically at checkout. Offers may combine with qualifying free US shipping.
Offers are subject to availability and may change for future orders. Codes, when offered, have their own eligibility and expiry conditions and must be entered before payment. Discounts have no cash value. Refunds reflect the price actually paid.
8. Account information
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Keep account credentials secure and tell us about suspected misuse. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party tools and links
We use Shopify and third-party payment, fulfillment and delivery providers. Separate provider terms may apply to services they supply directly to you. External websites are operated by their owners. These arrangements do not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
10. Website content and feedback
Our content and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. You retain ownership of reviews and feedback, while permitting us to display and use them to operate and promote the store, subject to applicable privacy rights and required permissions. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
11. Errors and website availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but errors or interruptions may occur. We may correct content and maintain or update the website. Errors affecting paid orders will be handled fairly and according to law.
12. Responsibility
Where the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, mandatory product liability, statutory warranties or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Ending access
We may restrict access for fraud, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms. This does not remove rights relating to existing orders, refunds or complaints.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Estonian law without depriving you of mandatory protections or court rights available under laws applicable in your place of residence. Contact hello@clariadaily.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
15. Updates and remaining provisions
Updates apply to future use. The Terms applicable when your order was placed govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive it.
